We’ve been working on something truly special, and today, I’m thrilled to finally reveal it. After much anticipation, the title for Project 1: Continuation Manga is here. The continuation of one of our favorite anime is officially coming to life!

The title? Charlotte: The After Story

If you’ve seen Charlotte, you know the bittersweet ending where Yuu plunder all ability to save the other ability users and the world, resulting in a world devoid of powers—and a devastating personal loss for him. Charlotte: The After Story picks up right from that pivotal moment, exploring the aftermath of his selfless decision.

This manga will explore how Yuu, Nao, and the other characters navigate a world where their supernatural abilities are gone, and the consequences of Yuu’s sacrifice still linger. What does life look like for them now? How will they cope with the changes and face the challenges of a new, normal life? We’ll dive into the emotional depths of these characters as they move forward and heal from the past.

Why Charlotte?

You might wonder why we chose Charlotte for this continuation. Charlotte holds a special place in our hearts, as Yuu’s journey left a lasting impact on us. The anime didn’t just tell a story—it conveyed powerful messages about sacrifice, loss, and redemption.

If it weren’t for Charlotte, Anime Addictive might not have even existed. The desire to continue the stories that matter, to give fans the kind of endings and answers they deserve, is what led to the creation of this company. Charlotte sparked our anime journey, and we want to honor that by giving this incredible series the continuation it deserves.

Our goal is to stay true to the heart of the original anime, continuing Yuu and Nao’s story with the same depth and emotional intensity. We will address the questions left unanswered in the anime, while respecting the foundation of the story.

We are dedicated to faithfully capturing the essence of the characters and world of Charlotte while delving into fresh perspectives of life in a world without superpowers.
