Good news for fans of the heartwarming anime series The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, as the second season has been officially confirmed!
The announcement was made on October 8, 2023, during the first major event for the series, titled “The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten” A new teaser visual was also released, featuring the lovely Mahiru Shiina in her signature school uniform.
While no official release date has been announced yet, we can expect Season 2 to air sometime in late 2024, given that the first season aired in Winter 2023.
The staff and cast for Season 2 are also expected to return, with Taku Yahiro returning as director and Manaka Iwami and Taito Ban reprising their roles as Mahiru Shiina and Amane Fujimiya, respectively.
As for the plot of Season 2, it is still under wraps. However, we can expect to see Amane and Mahiru’s relationship continue to develop, as well as the introduction of new characters and plot points.

I needs to spend some time learning more or understanding more.
All the expectations will be fullfilled. First there will be heartwarming moments between mahiru and amane,second there is summer break coming and amane will invite mahiru to spend summer break with him in his home town. There are gonna be new characters and most might occur durring summer break. We might learn more about Mahiru and Amane during second season. Near the end of summer break both mahiru and amane will make some more desicions. I don’t look forward seeing more bad memories from mahiru’s childhood but i do look forward seeing them grow their bond stronger and raising their relationship on higher level. Many changes are coming mahiru’s and amane’s way and we will watch as they happen.
2nd Season will be amazing.
